m1710 cpu usage is always above 35 %
not matter what i am doing the cpu is alays above 35 %. CSRSS.exe 16% spoolsv.exe 9% nvsvc.exe 5 %. Does any one have an idea of what is going on. tried many thing like shutting down spoolsv and they resatrt not long after. It realyy bothers me that so much of my cycles are taken up with nonsence Please help.
