M4800 video camera
I have a M4800 laptop and since I put Windows 10 on it, I cant get the video camera to work. When I use Skype, it sees that I have a camera, but it will not work. Does anyone know where I can get updated drivers for the video camera? If not, does anyone know who the manufacturer of the camera is, so I can check to see if they have any updated drivers? Any help would be great!

Hi wadepreston,
Please follow the steps mentioned in the link below to refresh the Webcam drivers for issue resolution.
Also, I’d suggest that you update BIOS and chipset driver on your computer to check for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS from BIOS section and chipset from chipset section onto the system and install it.

Please let me know if this helps.
