i know that. The thing is i have tried heart and soul to find those drivers. but as there's so many drivers i can't specify to use which opne. once i have downloaded wrong driver which cause my system to crash. i can provide device intance id if you help me out....
my laptop's service tag in <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> . I can't find related drivers . please help. i can see that there's 9 drivers under network section. which one should i use? i am very lost and sad. please help

You need the chipset driver, wired and wireless Ethernet drivers, and bluetooth driver.
For the wireless and bluetooth you'll need to identify the card you have (support.dell.com, enter service tag, choose "Original Configuration".
