Motherboard Info

I have Inspiron 2650. I want to upgrade some of the part in this laptop but I don't know if my motherboard will support what I put in.
This is my motherboard data (according to everst):
 
Motherboard ID SHE845M0.86C.0000.D.0209101033
Motherboard Name Intel Sheeks
 
Where can I find this motherborad manual or what CPU, RAM etc. it support (Google don't know)?

support.dell.com, enter service tag, choose Documentation. The board is used only in Dell 2650 systems. Mobile p4-m only (no mobile P4, desktop P4, Pentium M, etc.); 512M PC2100 max as 2X256M soDIMMs.

Thanks but I was unable to find were to enter the service tag.
