Motherboard replacement

My motherboard is fried now and I cannot find the service tag on the bottom of my laptop to determine EXACTLY which motherboard to replace the old one with.  

I have two choices, found at this website--> http://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=category&id=148&subid=246&refine=motherboard

One motherboard has the ATI Radeon video and the other has the Intel video.  

My question is:  Does it matter which one I use for my laptop?
