************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Looks like a program doesnt know he right resolution of your screen..
A simple explenation :p
A program is trying to pop up a baloon at coordinates 1703, 1055
But the max resolution of your screen is 1366, 756 and that causes the error

You can try 2 things to solve this

Go to display properties, change you resolution to something a bit lower, accept, then change it back, accept again, reboot to see if the problems gone

if it isnt go to the dell website, download the latest display drivers and install them

if that also doesnt work id say try reinstalling windows but since your a beginner that isnt recommended

Try this:

1) Click START button
2) In "search" field, type MSCONFIG and press [ENTER]
3) Select STARTUP tab
4) Remove check mark from DELL DATASAFE
5) Click on OK
6) Restart system

If the error is gone, you have two options:

1) Remove DELL DATASAFE (as long as you're not using it)
2) Obtain a newer version of the product (from Dell)

I'm having the same problem. I've already changed my startup configuration and dell datasafe online is now no longer automatically started on startup. But I am a user for this program and would like it work. Where is the newest version of the product and does it fix this issue?

I am having the same error on my NEW STUDIO 1558.  I called tech support and they just disabled the error message using MSCONFIG.  However, this really didn't FIX the problem; only hid the message.  When I figured out that's what they did (by reenabling the error messages), I was not happy.  A new laptop shouldn't have any of these issues.

So, I am going to check the screen resolution and Dell DATASAFE when I get home today.  I will post results.  Just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem on the same model laptop?
