no more phone support???

Question

Why is it that the phone support number is impossible to find now? Even if you go under 'contact us,' it isn't there. Did Dell just discontinue phone support or something??

Like most, Dell would rather you use the web or other support. 1-800-www-dell will get you through.

it's been like that for some time ... the contact number for dell is everywhere but on the contact page itself
