No Vulkan compatible video driver for my Latitude E5550 despite Intel suitable hardware.

Hi,

Please update your video drivers for the Dell Latitude E5550 laptop, so they support

Vulkan on supporting GPU's like announced by Intel.

It is now impossible to run Vulkan code on my Latitude, although I should have compatible GPU hardware with the Intel HD Graphics 5500 under the hood. Even with the latest driver offered directly from Intel all Vulkan examples fail.
