My  XPS 17 (L702x)  battery is not charging. The lap top is less than a year old. When plugged in, it says " plugged in, not charging". I am wondering if the problem is in battery or in adapter and power code.  The battery blinks one white light.

The lap top is still on warranty, does this mean I will get a discount if I purchase one of these products?
