Nvida card cannot be selected with FSX
When i try to play FSX on Insprion 17SE I cannot select the Nvidia graphic card (GT650M). It only allows the Intel card to be selected. I launch game using the Nevidia card but still is not working. The frame rates are terrible on FSX with the intel card. Please let me know what i need to do to play game using Nvidia card.

This is why I HATE optimus.
Games Reported not working (with NVIDIA Optimus)
- GTA IV
- GTA IV: Liberty City Stories
- Starcraft 2
- Flight Simulator X (FSX)
NVIDIA and the game vendors need to fix this.
Its not a dell issue.
Its an INTEL AND NVIDIA and Microsoft dont play nice in the sand box issue.
Have you tried the latest VERDE modded drivers at http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ ?\

You have to adjust the NVIDIA Control Panel.
Directx 9 mode is recommended.
DXSETUP.EXE AKA the Direct x JUNE 2010 patch must be applied.
ALL VERSIONS OF WINDOWS XP, VISTA, WIN7, WIN8. By default they do not include these.
Application profiles(GAMES) are accessible from within the NVIDIA Control Panel, under the. Manage 3D Settings->Program Settings tab.
DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) - Microsoft

I tried to install the 270.28 drives but Nvidia installer said no compatible hardware found. The card I have is a GT650M. Any other ideas to get the card to work?
