Pairing Issue - Dell AD211 Bluetooth Speaker

I couldn't find this posted anywhere so I'll add it here...

I could NOT get my AD211 to pair with my phone via Bluetooth. I finally realized it was because the audio cable was connected which automatically overrides a Bluetooth device.

As soon as I removed the audio cable, Bluetooth worked perfectly. This is not documented in the user's guide.
