Dependent on the type of system that you have, is also dependent on where our tech teams will be located. This could also be down to the warranty of the machine that you are calling about.

thanks,... but that number still gets you connected to India (free service but can't understand a word) and a transfer to the good old USA requires a service contract to solve a simple issue
