Port Replicator issue with Dell Precisions

I am incredibly frustrated with the customer service at Dell.  We have purchased two Dell Precision Mobile Workstations, a 6500 and a 4600.  We purchased both with port replicators.  When we dock the workstations we get an error telling us that the docking stations are only providing 130 watts and the machines require 210 watts, which means that the machines are not charging efficiently and more importantly are not running at peak processor efficiency.  After spending HOURS on the phone being bounced between tech support and sales, I was told that it was possible to use the power adapter included with the laptops to get peak performance.  "great!", I say, "so we'll send back the power adapter that isn't supplying enough power and you can just send us the propoer adapter!".  "Oh no," says Dell..."we can't do that."  WHAT?!?!?  Why would you sell me a docking station with a power adapter that hamstrings the camputer I paid very good money for?  Dell...please step up and make this right!  All we need to do is get the proper 210 watt power adapters and you will continue to have a satified customer!
