Possibly a Dell related issue?
I have a question about clicking on links in my email (sorry if this isn't the right forum).
For the past few months ONLY in my mail program (outlook express) I am unable to access a link by clicking on it. I have to copy the url and paste it into my browser to read it.
I have searched through all options of outlook express, a friend of mine who repairs/sets up systems has found this to be quite puzzling also.
Any suggestions?

Try this? Open Outlook Express > click Tools on taskbar > Options > Security tab > tick Internet Zone > uncheck boxes "Do not allow..." and "Block images..." > click Apply then Okay? Close and reopen Outlook Express.
See if that fixes the problem?

What operating system do you have running on your computer? Win XP?
Do you have any third party software firewalls installed on the system?(Norton Internet Security, McAfee, Zone Alarm, etc.)

The operating system is Windows XP home and we do have a third party firewall (for a least 2 years).

What brand and edition is your third party firewall?
Windows XP has the Windows firewall application, your third party firewall is probably enabled?
These 2 firewalls, when both enabled, create conflicts within other applications. Even disabling both firewalls doesn't always rectify the problem.
