Welcome to the Community. Did you just reinstall windows? If you have then you will need to first install the drivers in the correct order. Use the below link for help.
The USH drivers do not show up in the "correct order" list. Evidently this is an oustanding issue as the Broadcom website has a special disclaimer regarding drivers and Dell. Any update would be very helpful as an ISV Certified system should not have these issues.
Here is what I did. First, I downloaded the driver pack for my laptop which can be found on the laptop's drivers page under Systems Management. In my case I downloaded CAB file, "M4600-win7-A02-R314045.CAB". The file is large at 1107MB containing all the 32 and 64 bit drivers and applications for the selected operating system. Second, I extracted the CAB file. Lastly, I opened Device Manager, updated the device driver choosing to manually search for the driver, then browse to where the CAB file was previously extracted and select x86 or x64. Make sure scan sub-directories is checked. Done!
I have a Precision M6600 and the answer from Royan really does not help since many of the drivers mentioned in the "correct order" document are not listed in the driver list for this machine on Win 7 64-bit.
Reinstalling drivers has become a very frustrating process. I can not find the drivers anywhere. I finally found the ethernet controller driver on some generic driver download site as I was desperate to get this machine online so I can download drivers directly onto it. I still can not find drivers for the USH, USB, mass storage controller and more. DELL really needs to complete the driver listing for this machine. This is rediculous.
12 Months with no resolution on a system that still lists at over $5000. This is not a case of dropping the ball. This is repeatedly bouncing the ball off my forehead and saying 'did you feel that?'
"USH run as admin compatibility Vista SP2" are you suggesting that this will only be functional on Vista SP2 or are you simply saying that is how you tested it?
The driver will not install Natively in Windows 8 mode.
If a program written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run properly in Windows 8, then you change the compatibility mode settings for the program to allow it to run properly in Windows 8 afterwards.
If changing the compatibility settings does not fix the problem, you go to the program manufacturer's website to see if there is an update for the program.

Same problem here, but just came across this. I really don't wish to reinstall Windows 7 and then the drivers in the correct order.
Perhaps the new chipset driver that showed up today will solve the problem?
The problem is, the file is not available...yet?
