Precision M6600 Replacing HDD with SSD
I have purchased a Samsung 840PRO 256GB SSD and would like to reinstall my OS and all Dell drivers correctly. What is the best way to go about this? I have looked at the "Dell Business Client Re-Image How To Guide" and it looks like a labor intensive procedure. Is there any better way than to go step by step through that guide? It looks like it would take hours. Thanks for any info.

Any Windows install will take "hours" to get things installed and set up just right. The most labor-intensive activity with the E-family systems is reading the guide. If you have installed a Windows V/7/8 OS before, then it won't be as bad as it looks/sounds.
