problem in power plan
Dear all,
I have a problem in my dell laptop inspiron 1520 that is when I removed the charger the screen fade and the colors become dark some what knowing that I am using the same power plan for both battery use and charger use which is high performance and this problem appeared recently only.

press and hold the FN key and use the arrow key to adjust the brightness of the display. It is normal for the display to dim on batter unless you set it to your preference

yes I know that and It was working normal before but now the display dim and when I press FN and the arrow key no change happen.
any help? Is this a problem in the battary or what?
