Problem - Laptop abnormal LCD display(worst dell supporting team)

Hi,

A blue thin vertical line is appearing in the middle of my laptop screen since many days. i tried updating BIOS driver but of no use.

i tried technical email help of dell but didn't get any reply till now. can anyone tell me the email id of dell support team. none of the dell supporting sites are working properly, always shows error 500. dell support is the worst i have seen ever. i even tried online chat support which never worked.
