problem with el password and system
Hello everyone, I have a prblem to start loading my lattop XPS M1530, but does not go to Windows which appear this message:
This computer system 13DWTFF1-595B is protected by a password authentication system, youcannot acess the data on this computer without the correct password.
Please type in the system or adminmistrator password and press enter.
I press F2 or F12 function and can not access the menu, this happened after my little son entered the wrong password, I enter the correct password but does not want to recognize, as I fix this?, but gives me no option .

It sounds like he changed the password. If the does not know what it is, you will need to call Dell and produce proof of ownership. Then you'll be issued a master backdoor password for your system.
Note: if you are out of warranty, call the Out of Warranty support line and there is a $50 charge for the support call out of warranty. In warranty the call is free.

The fix remains the same - if you don't have the password, you must contact Dell support.

Thanks, the problem is that I'm in Venezuela, I have the sales invoice, but in no event occurs that changes the password
