Problem with PCMCIA adapter
I have a SD memory card multi-adapter for my PCMCIA slot. It seems to be having a problem now. When I insert the card the PCMCIA IDE/ATAPI Controller shows up, but it will not assign a drive letter for the SD card as it should.
I first tested whether it was my card, but it worked properly when I inserted a USB SD card reader with the card into the laptop.
With this little bit of info, do you think it is...
1. Windows XP
2. The PCMCIA card reader
3. Or the PCMCIA Slot itself.
Unfortunatly I don't have another PCMCIA card to try.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
