It doesn't look like there is a 3250 -- if if's a 3520,

yes its 3520.Thanks for The reply. Is thr any Alternative way of solving this problem..!!!!

Replacing the fan is the first thing (and the least expensive) to try. If that doesn't solve the issue, the mainboard is the faulty part.
