processors in laptops

Somebody can explain me how can i know if my computer can support a higher CPU? my current CPU is an intel core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70Ghz and i want to buy an intel core BX80646174790K i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 Ghz ). Both processors are quad core, and i don't know if my motherboard is capable for support that processor. Somebody can help me please?

Your CPU is soldered onto the system board - it is not separately upgradeable.  That is, if a faster CPU was offered for your system model, you would have to replace the mainboard with one having that faster CPU aboard.

The i7-4790K is a desktop CPU -- not compatible with your notebook.
