Question about the 9100

Question

All of the sudden, I been hearing sounds on the right side of the laptop. My friend from the IT department said it could be the heatsyn fan making the noice and it might be alot of dust covering it and its having problems running it. How do I clean that fan or should I call dell to replace that part?

Ya i know that but what about the heatsyn thats under the keyboard, how do I do that one?
