I recently received my 1530, and already I've had to update the BIOS driver in order to get my clock to keep time.  I had a dell tech diagnose and fix the problem.  Anyways, it got me wondering as to which other drivers I should update.  How to I determine if my driver is out of date, and what is the proper procedure of updating it?  Should I uninstall the current driver first, or just update the driver?

I've also heard that it's better to get the driver from the manufacturers site, instead of dells support page.  Reason being that Dells drivers are often out of date (sometimes by a year!).  Is there any truth to this?  I just want to ensure my computer is functioning to it's fullest potential.
