RealTek USB 2.0 Card Reader Accidental Uninstalation

Hello! The other day i was attempting to uninstall a unwanted app however accidentally uninstalled the Realtek USB 2.0 Card reader. I don't know the importance of this program or whether it actually came on the computer. Would you be able to tell me this? If it is necessary is there any way for me to reinstall it? My computer is a Inspiron 15z Ultrabook. I'm sorry if this isn't in the proper forum, but any help would be appreciated! Thank you :)

Hi Mozie,

The Realtek card reader is used on the system to connect different types of memory cards of Cameras, Phones etc. (Ex: SD card) Please consider updating the Card reader driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the Card reader driver from Chipset section onto the system and install it.
