removing keys from keyboard!! need help!!
Hi,
I spilt something on my keyboard, and the good news is that the computer is working perfectly.. the bad news is that i couldnt manage to wipe up all the residue, and now the spacebar and the 'alt' key feel 'sticky' how would i go about removing these individual keycaps to clean under them?the dell service manuals only tell how to remove the entire keyboard. thanks

Generally, people request for information on how to replace keys that have come off of the keyboard. There are instructions on how to do this posted as item #6 in the Keyboard / Pointing Devices FAQ.
