Repairs not done.

A week and a half ago I tried to turn my computer on and all I got was a clicking sound and a screen that said my computer could not find my hard drive.  I called dell and they told me to send it to them and they would fix it for 430 and change.  I sent it in and then today I got it back.  Unfortunately it seems nothing was done, the problem was never fixed.  The invoice that was returned with the computer said the things fixed were the video card and hot sink, which were both fine when I sent them in.
