REPLACEING HARD DRIVE
Hi I replaced the hard drive on my wifes laptop.
went to reinstall windows and it asked to the prodict keyand i can't read the tag on the bottom of the laptop
Is there anyway I can get this key?

You need an OEM install disc for your operating system. It will not ask for a product key.

If you're using the Dell CD, you don't need the key; setup won't even ask. If you're using a non-Dell CD, the Dell key won't work anyway.
