Return to factory setting Alienware m15x customized.

I recently recieved my alienware m15x laptop customized. When i was getting used to it and inserted the win7 disc (i wasnt supposed to but no where did it say that im not supposed to) and the win7 installation disc wiped my old OS away and changed my laptop. There are no signs of alienware-ness anymore and i tried to bring it back to factory state but there is no system image or back up to use. I also tried typing in my service tag online but it says its invalid (im guessing i have to wait until they register my laptop) Plz help me fix this. I havent had a laptop in 3months.
Specs: 6gb ram, intel core i7, geforce gtx 460m, 500gb storage, ect

You must have started the reinstallation disk. It doesn't do anything on its own. Best to contact Dell Support by phone. Don't use the online support and don't use your service tag unless you are talking to a live person. It you want to try to fix it yourself since this is considered a software problem, follow the directions HERE.

PS If you bought the computer from another retailer, you must register the tag with Dell HERE.
