Rolling back to Windows 8.1
I had upgraded to the Windows 10 when it cam out. I'm having issues now and want to go back to the 8.1. I have searched the Microsoft support and have found nothing. The support does say I can't rollback after 30 days. Is there an option when I can re-install the Windows 8.1

You'll need the recovery media you made when you received the system - there is no rollback after the 30 day time limit has elapsed.

OK, if I can't rollback, then I can do a clean re-installment of the Windows 8.1, right?

As long as you prepared a set of recovery media, yes.

Well, I didn't prepare a set of recovery media .Shucks the luck. What if I had the Widows 8.1 disc?
