When I shut down or hibernate the power light stays on as well as what sounds like the fan keeps spinning. To completely shut down I always have to hold down the power button. It does successfully return from hibernation upon restart.

I updated my bios to A11 and still wouldn't shut down. Tried to re-flash it but wouldn't let me. Laptop won't shut down at all from safe mode.

Did anyone find a solution to this problem yet?
