Only if you have a Complete Care insurance cover - the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage (which is what a screen break is considered).

Okay and how much would a screen replacement be?

Depends on the system - about $100 for a small, low-resolution screen to twice that for a 17 or 18" panel, plus another $75-100 in labor to replace it.

Damn that's expensive! How do I check what cover I have?

Support.dell.com, enter service tag.  Complete Care costs about $300 at purchase - it is an option.

5 day hardware support, what does that cover?

It covers hardware failure - as above, only Complete Care covers accidental damage.
