shift key replacement
I came home from going out shopping to find a sibling's cats had ripped off the key cap as well as the attachment assembly off my right shift key, I got the cap and attachment assembly back together....problem is I don't know how to get the key back onto the keyboard, the rubber return is undamaged, so any help will be useful and very appreciated.

There are diagrams here that show how the key attaches:

Depends on the design of the keyboard - which model? Is the retainer clip intact? If not, you may wind up needing a new keyboard.

Inspiron N5030 is my model laptop. Everything is intact, no cracks, no damage, just the key being removed from the keyboard.
