Slow pc and hard drive problem

Hi. It's been a week since I faced this problem : My pc starts veeery slow (about 5 min to charge and get going) but after that it works great, I searched for solution, and I tried many but nothing changed that. I minimized the number of starting programs until I got only the necessary drivers and utilities that pc needs (alp pointer,sound and wifi drivers etc..), Uninstalled many apps, cleaned disk and fixed errors with tuneup utilities, and at last I run a computer start up diagnostic where I found the probable problem for this : its a hard drive thing (error 2000-0142) and which I found so confusing because I had my pc just for 6 or 7 Months from now ! how can my hard drive need to be replaced or badly damaged just at a short time like this?! I didn't try to restore my pc and I don't know if it's software or a hardware problem :/
