Small Screen in games
Whenever I play games on my Inspiron 1100 laptop...the games go to this small box instead of full screen. I hate that. Whats the point in haveing a big monitor if the resolution is so small. How do I change that. Thnx for the help~Jon Mayhak

Try going to your game's video options and set the screen resolution to that of your LCD's native resolution. The game should now fill the screen. I do not know what the native resolution of LCDs on 1100s are but the native resolution on the 1150 is 1024 x 768.

The resolution for Diablo II and Starcraft is fixed at 640 x 480, so you will have to put up with the smaller screen size if you want to play these games on your notebook.
I know that the resolution for Empire Earth is adjustable. Read the manual on how to do this in-game. Typically, resolutions can be changed under the Video section of the Options menu.
