spark on power plug

Hi, I am in a hotel with my latptop. Everytime I plug in the ac adapter to the wall I see/hear a small spark on contact. Is this dangerous?.....haven't noticed any problems but just wondering....thanks!

Mine does the same, I called support and they said it was normal ?

yep totally normal.  try pushing the plug in evenly and quickly, the slower you insert it the more likely it is to spark
