speech recognition program
I have a Dell notebook XPS M1330 with windows home premium.
I have been told that this operating system, on this machine, contains a speech recognition program.
Is it posssible that only some of the Dell XPS M1330 machines have speech recognition integral to their collection of programs?

The Speech Recognition program is a part of Windows 7. I don't believe Vista has it. If you have 7, type SPEECH in the search box to get there.
