PLEASE HElp need some INFO 

1) in bios mode there 2 options CPU turbo mode and OVerclocking feature...

then i press F9 (set to standart) - CPU turbo become - enabled and overclocking - disabled (same)

AFter i buy This PC both this mods was ENABLED.

SO question is: 1) what is best setting if i whant ballance betwen HEalth of PC (how long it will be working fine) and Perfomance  Should i leave CPU turbo enable ???  (2.74 Ghz then off 3.5 then turning on)

2) I dont need overclock of my pc, SO better to disable them Both ?

3) give me info pls what can  i enable with no decreasing  health of PC. (of this 2 options)

THIS questions appeared after playing BF 4 high settings - i saw some overheatting of CPU about 97*c and etc SOME times even SHUTIng DOWN PC after 2 hours of play

RESUME: what settings will be standart with no overclocking.... if it dont needed so?
