Strange error messages

My inspiron7720 started acting strange a few days ago and I don't know what to do with it. It has been crashing and not allowing my on Internet Explorer. So this morning I did a total system restore and rolled it back to factory state thinking my problems where over but they are still going on. About 30 to 45 minutes after starting up the icons on my desktop and the start menu disappear, the task manager won't work and Internet explorer freezes up. I close it and try to bring it up again and I get an error message that says in part ''application was unable to start correctly xsnfpcs.exe couldn't be found it may have been deleted or moved'' then it crashes and goes dark. I have to turn it off--it won't shut down normally except when I had avast restart for a virus scan. No virus although before I did the restore there were 4 win 32 viruses found. I though by wiping it clean this morning and not backing up any files any virus in the computer would be lost. Safe mode isn't working any better. When it crashes it says it is to prevent damage to the system.

The first sign of trouble was about a week ago when I got messages that the ac adapter was not recognized and I should plug it in (it was fully plugged in) or buy an adapter. I use the power cord that came with the computer. I haven't had that message since the restore.

It seems like the system is just going nuts. The computer is about 8 months old.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do?

In order to assist you further, please help me understand the following details:

When exactly do you get the error message?
Were there any hardware or software changes made on the system?
As you said that once the Ac Adapter was not recognized by the system, is it working fine now?

I would also suggest you to run the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA / ePSA) Diagnostics. Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action.

I ran the Pre-Boot System ePSA Diagnostics and everything checks out fine--no problems or errors. I also checked some other dell diagnostics on my computer and the system seems fine. I get the error messages when everything stops working--Internet Explorer, icons disappear. Then it crashes and it says it's a kernel data page error it's shutting down my computer to protect it. Then there was also a message that said in part--it disappeared before I could read it all--exception error--unknown software--no more IRP stock locations--OXOOOOOO35. Another message said ''disk on port 0 removed.'' Another said ''assertion failed''   and another ''xsnfpcs.exe app was unable to start correctly'' I can't find any information on this file at all. Task manager--''the system cannot find the drive specified'' When I try to go on IE during these times it says the ''file has been moved, lost or deleted and cannot be found'' The computer will not shut down or start up during these times--safe mode is the same There's been no more ac adapter errors since the system restore I did download Microsoft Essentials from the Microsoft website just before everything went nuts. I  un-installed it and deleted it. When I came on the internet just a few minutes ago after the PSA/ePSA it got error messages IAStorIcon has stopped working and ''A program has currupted your default search provider. And ''Dell Data Safe Local Backup has stopped working. I am usually on my computer without problem for 30 to 45 minutes before everything goes bad. This morning I got on ok and started checking my email and suddenly I was back out at the gmail login, so I logged in again and the same thing happened, so again I logged in and it happened again and I did another system restore back to factory state thinking it was probably malware that survived the first restore. I didn't backup anything because I didn't want any malware to survive and be backed up along with my other files, this is what I did the first time too. Everything seemed fine for about 2 hours and it all happened again. So right now I'm on barrowed time, I'm sure it will go bad soon. I'm both a student and a kitchen and bath designer so my computer is my life. And I still owe $1,200 on it. I have to take it in to fix the modem port it won't hold the internet connection unless I use duct tape to hold the plug in in place.
