Studio 15 media eject button wont wont!

Hi i just got my Studio 15 not to long ago and my eject button wont work i have to go into My Computer to eject the disk. All the other media buttons are working fine tho just the eject button is not working. Any 1 have any ideas what i should do? Thx

Also just wondering is it possible to setup the Media Key to open itunes or winamp instead of that MediaDirect programs thats installed already on the dell systems?
