Sudden video issue with games! Help!
I have an Inspiron 1100. I've had no problems playing Sims 2 University on this system until very recently. I went to start the Bodyshop program today, and got the following message:
Failed to enumerate any DirectX9 compatible graphics card adapters in this system!
Please make sure you have a DirectX 9 compatible graphics card adapter and have installed the latest manufacturer provided driver.
The application will now terminate...
Huh? This is the exact same system I've been playing on for two years. Why all of a sudden am I getting this message? Can anyone help?

would suggest that you uninstall and reinstall your video drivers first. Sounds like you may have some driver corruption going on. If that doesn't work your card may be hosed.
