Hi Poudel,

I understand how frustrating it could be if the computer doesn't function properly. To isolate the issue with hardware or software, let’s run the diagnostics on the computer,

To run the ‘Dell Diagnostics’:

  • Power off the computer
  • Restart the computer, press F12 on the Dell logo
  • Select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu
  • Please refer to the link if any error code shows up http://dell.to/OUGnqT

Alternately, check in safe mode:

  • Power off the computer
  • Restart the computer, tap F8 on Dell logo 2-3 times
  • This will take you to ‘Windows Advanced Boot Options’
  • Choose ‘Safe Mode’ using the arrow keys on the keyboard
  • When Windows finishes loading in Safe mode, try working on the computer and check the system performance

Please reply is you have any questions.

You do need to replace the drive.  Hard drives can fail for any of a host of reasons;  they're the least reliable component in any system.
