The power button did not work.

There are no light except when I connect the charger, after the laptop was be recharged, there is no light. And I noticed that when the laptop is full charged and put it in charger; there is short light for a glance ,and be closed again.

The power button is not response, so the system not works.

It's most likely the mainboard is bad - since this is still a relatively new model, it should be under warranty.  Call Dell for repair.

I get the laptop from USA, and I live in EGYPT, When I called  Dell EGYPT, they told me that the warranty. Is not international, so i should return the laptop to USA, I try to do everything first except I open it, may be.

You'll need to contact Dell US to upgrade the warranty - and no, removing the base cover will not void the warranty.

There isn't much to service inside - you can try removing the base cover and reseating (remove and reinstall) the memory modules) but that's about it.

An international warranty requires the purchase of an onsite service upgrade first - either that, or you'll need to return the system to  Dell in the US for repair.

The problem was fixed, I removed the base cover, and disconnect the battery and plug the power directly with the charger, so the laptop works again, finally I connect the battery again.
