Touchpad scroll problem
Hi there, I have heard of many people having the problem when after plugging in the usb mouse, then the scroll bar of the touchpad stops working. However, after unplugging the mouse, the scroll bars do not work, although the touchpad in general works. How can I solve this problem? Thanks. I am using Inspiron 60000.

I am currently having just that problem. If I can't find the answer in a few minutes, I am going to call Dell and get the answer. The problem with calling Dell is that it takes so long to get them to answer.

Problem fixed! All I had to do is download the drivers and reinstall them. Seems that if you use another mouse, windows tries to load drivers that over ride the touch pad drivers. If you use another mouse, do not accet the offer to load drivers. If you have no choice, you can do what I did and put the link to the drivers on your desktop! I did this just in case I had a problem again.
You can call dell directly at 800-822-8965 x7267405 if you can't fiqure this out with my help. The rep walked me through it and it was breeze.
Let me know how it goes,
Bobby
