Touchpad settings does not appear in mouse properties(UPDATE: SOLVED)
I have a Inspiron 5559 and i search on google "how to scroll with touchpad dell" and i found the instruction but their Mouse Properties has a Touchpad tab and mine has not. I am using Window 10 Home. Can you help me, please? (Sorry for my bad English)
