Track pad and keyboard

I'm having the same problems as all the one's listed above except I have an additional one where the keyboard skips occasional letters when typing. User problem you might say?? NOT!

I bought the XPS 12 based on what it was advertised to be which was the latest and greatest in innovative laptop come tablet products.

I have been a loyal Dell user and I relied on Dell's reputation and my past experience to decide on the purchase but the Track pad and keyboard problems are enough to turn me away from ever buying another Dell computer for the rest of my life.

I have installed the latest updates and have seen little improvement if any.

If Dell don't sort this problem soon I'll be hocking the laptop which I paid $2500.00 for and looking elsewhere.

The Track pad and keyboard problem combined are enough to turn the meekest person into a suicidal maniac.

Beware new buyers.
