Trouble with CPU Speed, and Quickset
Im having trouble with my Inspirion 5150, and i think its related to quickset. When running on batteries, the maximum speed that the processor will run at is 1.6 ghz. (Thats with quickset set on maximum performance) If i uninstall quickset, the proc runs at 800 mhz. Rarely, when plugged in, will the proc run at its rated speed 3.06 ghz. Any help anyone can provide is appreciated, and thanks in advance.

I guess everyone must be having the same problem, as i have no answer. Well i guess ill just suffer with my crippled laptop......oh well
