TV-out cable with 510m notebook

I found out that I could get additional TV out cable without additional charge to my 510m notebook. I downloaded and got notebook, is there anywhere I can get the cable FOC now as I didn't select on it.

Anyway, I believe that this cable should be automatically selected as all 510m notebook has TV out build in to the notebook.

I got my notebook from Malaysia.

What do you mean by " I downloaded and got notebook" ??? The tv out cable is just a S-video converter.. you can get it on the market for just a dollar or so.... try electrical shops.....

Inspiron 600m:

I checked it out from people that downloaded the notebook. One of the s-video cable suppose to come free with the notebook. It is a missing, wrong and damage (MWD) case.

Though anyone could get one of this cable on store but isn't it dell suppose to provide one initially?
It is just like buying a radio that suppose to come with battery but yours didn't come with one but everyone else is getting it. You could still get battery from the store isn't the answer customer or yourself would like to hear right?

NO it is not defaultly sent, you have to choose to have this part shipped witih the laptop (even though it doesn't cost anything extra). Unfountuantly it is your fault you didn't select it, not dell's as it was an OPTION.

It is true that I didn't choose the option. Just that Dell could have done it better in process and customer satisfactory. I am not so sure would you be happy of not getting some items with no additional cost but blame it on the customer for not selecting the option. If it is free then just tye the item in. And if the item could be useful then it is better to tye them up together.

Every notebook come with a tv-out for this model, why not the cable being provided?

I am not so sure the person who create the option think about customer satisfactory or not.
