UNABLE TO DELETE FILE

Hi . I downloaded the latest bios and flashed it no problem . The .exe file MM061A17 downloaded to the desktop but now I cant delete or move it as it says it is in use by another program. I have tried deleting in safe mode but just hangs. I have tried renaming .I have even downloaded the file again to documents folder without running it and this one won't delete .

Any one got any Ideas?

Sorry forgot to add Inspiron 6400 running Vista.

Do a search for unlocker.  This prog is what you need.

Thanks for the info I will use it next time . This time I have got round it by system restore to the day I flashed the bios. A bit of a pain cos its removed a couple of bits I wanted to keep. Thanks again. steve
