Unlocking my laptops BIOS
I've forgotten my BIOS password and have been redirected to the service tag and the System disable number and am looking for some assistance.

You need to place a call to Dell support and be prepared to verify your ownership details. The call is free under warranty; if the warranty has expired, there's a charge for the call.

BIOS passwords are not handled other than over the phone to Dell support (read the sticky post near the top of the forum).
